The Gärtnerplatztheater and the ticket office at Marstallplatz 5 are barrier-free.

WHEELCHAIR USERS

Wheelchair spaces are located in stalls 11 and 13 on the right and left-hand sides respectively. The directly adjacent seat is reserved for accompanying persons.

BOX OFFICE

The box office of the Gärtnerplatztheater is located at Marstallplatz 5 (central ticket office of the Bayerische Staatstheater) and is accessible. more

EVENING BOX OFFICE
If your tickets are deposited at the box office, you can reach it directly via elevator 2 to the right of the main staircase (side entrance Klenzestraße). The box office opens one hour before the performance begins.

CHAIR
At both side entrances of the theater.

INDUCTION SYSTEM FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED
The Gärtnerplatztheater is equipped with an induction loop. This is available in the balcony, in the tiers and in the middle of the stalls.

TOILETS
A disabled toilet is located in the stalls on the left-hand side.
