In their »Russian Passion« programme, which has been specially developed for the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz, the four musicians immerse themselves completely in the melancholy of the great Russian classics, in which both joy and delight can also be found, and lead us into the elegiac mood that characterises the Russian soul – the sense of wistfulness that can seize us at any time!
