Böse Märchen

All's well that ends well - that's the core message of a real fairy tale. Is it even possible to be good without evil? When the good guys suddenly show their evil side, anything is possible! Heroes and heroines from the most famous fairy tales meet and turn the world upside down together.

In 2023 / 2024, we would also like to invite young people aged between 15 and 20 who are enthusiastic about musical theatre to live out their passion for theatre under professional guidance. The meetings will take place regularly from January 2024. In recent years, the musical theatre productions "Twelfth Night or What You Will", "Emma 2.0" and "Mr. Holmes" have been developed and this season we are wandering through the crazy world of fairy tales together!

The work always begins with a writing workshop. The young people approach the topic in small groups and work on their own production from the very beginning. Exactly which story will be told will only become clear in the course of the teamwork. Gärtnerplatz Jugend presents this year's production at the WERK7 theatre in the Werksviertel Mitte.

In cooperation with
