Wieland Müller-Haslinger

Wieland Müller-Haslinger works as a lighting designer for plays, the opera, ballet and dance theatre and for museums and exhibitions. He has worked since 1998 as the permanent lighting designer and lighting director at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz, where he has created the lighting design for many ballets as well as for productions such as »Aida«, »King Arthur«, »La Cenerentola« and »Don Pasquale«. Other engagements have taken him to such venues as the Freies Landestheater Bayern, the Musiktheater Füssen and the Semperoper in Dresden, where he was responsible for the lighting design for »Schwanensee« in 2009. For »Giselle« he returns to the Gärtnerplatztheater for the first time as a freelance lighting designer.
