Sabrina Weckerlin

Sabrina Weckerlin completed her training at the Joop van den Ende Academy in Hamburg. While still a student, she played Constance in the premiere cast of »3 Musketiere« in Berlin. In addition, she was the lead singer in the European premiere of »Dirty Dancing – Das Original Live on Stage« in Hamburg and a soloist in the touring production »Best of Musical« and created the title role in the first performance of the musical »Elisabeth – Legende einer Heiligen« in Eisenach.

In addition, she has played roles such as Elphaba in »Wicked – Die Hexen von Oz« in Stuttgart, Magrid Arnaud in the first German-language performance of »Marie Antoinette« in Bremen, Lucy in a touring production of »Jekyll & Hyde«, the title role in the first performance of »Die Päpstin«, Susanne Beck in the first performance of »KolpingsTraum« in Fulda, Natalie in the first German-language performance of »Next to Normal« in Fürth and Morgana in the first performance of Frank Wildhorn's »Artus – Excalibur« in St. Gallen. She sang in thirteen sell out concerts in Tokyo for the project »The World of Levay and Kunze«.

At the moment, Sabrina Weckerlin is working on her first pop and soul album in New York. Musical audiences have presented her with the »Most Beautiful Voice in a Musical« award three times in a row.

She is making her début at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz as Stella in »Bussi – Das Munical«.
