Ralf Reitmaier

The lighting designer Ralf Reitmaier from Bensheim an der Bergstraße initially worked for various lighting distributors and concert agencies after completing his training as a craftsman. He created his first lighting creations for private theatres and festivals in Avignon and Edinburgh. Since 1998, he has been part of the lighting department of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz, since 2019 in a management role as lighting master. Most recently, he created the lighting design for »Emma 2.0«, »Rita« and »Die Großherzogin von Gerolstein«.
