Julia Fechter

Born in Styria, Julia Fechter started her training at the Graz Opera Ballet School when she was just four years old and completed it in 2011 by graduating in ballet following an examination of the Parity Commission. During her training, she has played numerous solo roles in productions such as »Der Nussknacker«, »Coppelia« and »Schwanensee«. From 2006 to 2010, she also completed a course to become a state-approved performer in musicals at the Musical Academy Graz and has been working since then as a musical performer, singer and dancer in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

While she was still training, she played the role of Esmeralda in »Der Glöckner von Notre Dame« at the Kasemattenbühne in Graz in 2008 and toured in this production in 2009. Alongside various dance appearances under the direction of Domino Blue, when she regularly appeared as Riff in »Scalaria Aquaria«, she has also appeared in many other roles, including as a soloist in »Loving Angels« at Schauspielhaus Graz, as Asma in »Atlantia« at the Wustrau Lake Festival and as Stephanie in »Saturday Night Fever« at Le Théâtre Kriens Lucerne.
