Jessica Kessler

The former figure skater from Duisburg began her musical career in 2001 in the ensemble at the premiere of »Mozart!« as cover Constanze Weber and Nannerl Mozart as well as in 2002 at the premiere of »Titanic« as cover Kate Mullins and cover Kate McGowan in Hamburg. Before she in 2003 took over the main roll of Sarah in »Dance of the Vampires« (likewise in Hamburg) she played in »Les Misérables« in Berlin. In 2006 she was part of the »We Will Rock You« cast in Cologne as Teen Queen and cover Scaramouche and Ozzy and later took on the first casting of Scaramouche in Zurich, Vienna, Stuttgart, Berlin, Basel and Essen. In 2008 she took part in the TV casting show »Me Tarzan, You Jane« on Sat.1 and played Penny Pingleton in »Hairspray« in Munich and Merzig. Besides various solo projects in the pop/rock and hit/song field she appeared in the musical review »Rolling Stones Show». In the 2014/2015 season, Jessica Kessler played in the German premiere of the musical »Shrek« as the ginger man and little-red-riding-hood and cover Fiona. Afterwards she played in »Mozart!« in Vienna as cover Constanze Weber as well as on tour in Duisburg and Shanghai and also participated in the concert »Messiah Rocks«. In Bad Hersfeld she appeared in »Cabaret« as Miss Food and in »My Fair Lady« as Mrs. Pearce. In 2016/2017 in the rock musical »The Ring« she personified the roles of Tenderness as well as the First Rhine Amazon. Moreover, she has appeared on stage in Vienna’s Raimund Theatre as Barbara Gerl in the premiere of »Schikaneder«, Vivianne Moore in »Footloose« at Staatstheater Darmstadt as well as Gabi in »Wahnsinn!« at the Theater am Marientor Duisburg and on tour.
