Hikaru Osakabe

Japanese dancer Hikaru Osakabe trained at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, where he performed in several productions until 2016, such as »Giselle« choreographed by Peter Wright and Galina Yordanova’s »Swan Lake«. From 2016 to 2019, he was a dancer with the Canadian Alberta Ballet, where he danced in »Dracula«, »The Nutcracker«, »Caelestis« by Jean Grand-Maître and »Futureland« by Wen Wie Wang, among others. In 2019, he was engaged at the Landestheater Eisenach, where he performed in »Petrushka«, among others. Since the 2020 / 2021 season, he is part of the ballet corps of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz.
