Francesco Annarumma

Italian-born Francesco Annarumma started his dance training at the Academy of Dance in Naples directed by Mara Fusco und Mariacira Jacomino. From 2002 to 2004 he attended the English National Ballet School, followed in 2004-2006 by the Ballet School of La Scala in Milan and in 2006-2009 by the Académie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace in Monaco directed by Marika Besobrasova.

Francesco Annarumma has taken part in many competitions and won 1st prize in the Contemporary Dance category several times. He has danced in works choreographed by the Theatre Dance Company Mengoni in Umbria and the Mediterranean Youth Ballet.

He was a member of the ballet of Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz from 2011 until 2016, where he presented the first work choreographed by himself - »In-contro« - within the »Tanz Total« evening.
