Florian Peters
Florian Peters was born in Bad Honnef and sang in the North Rhine-Westphalia regional youth choir. He started his training in musicals at the August Everding Theatre Academy in 2007, and graduated successfully from there. While still studying, he appeared in the musical »Rent« at the Deutsches Theater in Munich, where he also played the role of Hänschen Rilow in »Frühlings Erwachen«. This was followed by engagements at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt (»Vom Geist der Weihnacht«), Graz Opera (»Der Mann von La Mancha«), the Berliner Staatsoper Unter den Linden (»La finta giardiniera«), as Mark (»Rent«) at the Delphi-Kino Berlin, as Claude (»Hair«) at the Nordharzer Städtebundtheater and as Marius (»Les Misérables«) at the Freilichtspiele Tecklenburg. At the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien he played among others the title role in »Mozart!« ans Johann Friedl in the world premiere of Stephen Schwartzʼ »Schikaneder«. At the Gärtnerplatztheater he has been seen as Pedro (»Der Mann von La Mancha«), Nahino in the world premiere of Wilfried Hillerʼs »Der Flaschengeist«, Petrus (»Jesus Christ Superstar«) and as Chévalier de Danceny in the world premiere of Marc Schubringʼs »Gefährliche Liebschaften«.
