Anja Clementi

Anja Clementi trained as an actress and singer at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna (now MUK). Born in Saarbrücken, her engagements have taken her to the regional, municipal and state theatres in Salzburg, Regensburg, Klagenfurt, Saarbrücken and the Gärtnerplatztheater, among others. From 1999 to 2015, she was a member of the ensemble at the Komödienspiele Porcia in Carinthia, and since 2016 she has performed at the Salzburg Street Theatre in the summer. She is co-founder and director of the Salzburg TheatreOFFensive, which has been running the OFF-Theatre Salzburg since February 2017. The versatile artist is at home in all genres and her roles include Mary Magdalene (»Jesus Christ Superstar«), Audrey (»Little Shop of Horrors«), Abby (»The Mercy Seat«), Charlotte (»Babytalk«), Else Schrader (»The Sound of Music«) and Titania (»A Midsummer Night’s Dream«).
