Alexander Quetell

The US-American Alexander Quetell studied at Princeton University, where he also created his first choreographies. Since 2017, he has danced with companies such as TL Collective by Micaela Taylor and Ate9 by Danielle Agami in Los Angeles, as well as YC2 by Kate Wallich. As a choreographer, he has produced a variety of works ranging from immersive dance theatre to stage performance, including works as part of the emerging choreographer programme »Sparks« in 2021 and 2022, and as part of the Detroit Dance City Festival in 2018 and 2019, as well as participating in festivals such as Springboard Danse Montréal and ImPulsTanz. He also participated as a dancer and model in various performances, films and fashion projects. In 2020 he was engaged in the company of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz.
