Adam Michael Cooper

Born in Northamptonshire, England, Adam M. Cooper trained in London for three years at the Urdang Academy, graduating with a degree in Musical Theatre. During his training he was part of the ensemble in »Jack and the Beanstalk« at the Shaw Theatre in London and performed in »Move it!« at London Olympia, »Britain’s Got Talent« and at the London Olympics in the dance group »Four Corners«. After completing his training in 2012, he had his first engagement as a dancer on board P&O Cruises UK ships. He made his musical debut at Berlin’s Theater am Potsdamer Platz in the ensemble of »Hinterm Horizont« and later moved to Hamburg with the show. He then appeared in »Was ihr wollt ‒ Das Musical« and »An American in Paris« at Theater Kiel, in »Der Medicus« in Munich, Hameln and Fulda, in »Kiss me, Kate« at Oper Graz and in »Cabaret« at Hansa-Theater Hamburg.

In 2018 Adam M. Cooper began teaching dance at the Stage School Hamburg. There he co-directed and choreographed »The Big Christmas Show« in 2019 and 2021 and choreographed shows such as »Monday Night Mai«, »Jubiläumsgala« and »Best of« at the First Stage Theater in Hamburg.

He first appeared at the Gärtnerplatztheater in 2022 in the ensemble of »Chitty Chitty Bang Bang«.
