ARE THE CHECKROOMS OPEN?

Checkrooms are located on all floors of the theater and are available to you free of charge. Please leave your coats and umbrellas there. Please note that not all checkrooms are available depending on the time of year.

IS THE THEATER CATERING OPEN?

The catering is open for you during the intermission and can enhance your visit with drinks and canapés. Our catering team will be happy to take your orders digitally or in the interval foyer on the 1st tier before the performance. You can find more information here.
The Salon Pitzelberger in the cellar vault is also open from Thursdays to Saturdays during the intermissions.

Is the Salon Pitzelberger open?

The piano bar in the vaulted cellar of the Gärtnerplatztheater is open for you again. The opening hours are: Thursday - Saturday from 7 pm. On the regular opening days, the salon is also available for interval catering. You can find more information about the Salon here.

CAN I GIVE MY PERSONALIZED TICKETS TO OTHERS?

If you are unable to attend the performance yourself, you have the option of passing on your tickets. For Ticket Direkt tickets, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket is required to use the MVV. If you pass on the ticket, it is no longer valid as a MVV ticket but you can attend the performance as normal.

I AM A SUBSCRIBER – WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can find all information about subscriptions in the separate subscription section of our website. Information on subscriptions for the following season is always published in spring.

IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?

The box office at Marstallplatz 5 is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.

HOW DO I GET TO THE GÄRTNERPLATZTHEATRE?

Your ticket already includes the use of the MVV. You can reach us with the U1, U2, U7 and U8 as well as the tram 18 to Fraunhoferstraße, the tram 16 and 17 to Reichenbachplatz or the bus lines 52 and 62 to Gärtnerplatztheater.

If you come by bike, you are guaranteed to always find a parking space in front of our building.

For those arriving by car, the following parking garages are located nearby: The CONTIPARK underground parking garage Oberanger, the IsarParkhaus at Isartorplatz and the Rieger City parking garage.

For people with disabilities, there is a limited number of parking spaces in Reichenbachstraße as well as Klenzestraße.

The nearest cab stand is located on the corner of Fraunhoferstraße and Reichenbachstraße.
